TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions apply to transactions between this store (hereinafter referred to simply as "this store") and the customer purchasing products through this store (hereinafter referred to simply as the "Customer").

Whereas this store sells products and services over the Internet, and whereas the Customer is interested in purchasing the products offered by this store through its sales channels, the purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services for the Customer on this website.

Confidentiality

This store is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchasing process. The security of the website is audited daily and protected against unauthorised access through an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate.

Delivery Policy

The delivery timeframe for Products is displayed during the purchase procedure and is calculated in business days. Product deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Exceptionally, some deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the designated address on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each attempt. It is essential that an authorised person over 18 years of age, carrying valid identification, is present at the requested address to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will return to this store's Distribution Centre.

After an order is completed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance, or request delivery priority.

The delivery timeframe provided during the checkout process takes into account stock levels, the destination region, invoice processing, and product preparation time. With each update to the order's delivery status, this store's system automatically sends notification emails to the Customer.

The delivery charge is calculated based on the delivery destination, weight, and dimensions of the Product.

This store does not authorise the carrier to:

Enter the customer's home;

Deliver by alternative/unauthorised means;

Open the product packaging;

Deliver to minors or individuals without valid identification document.
